Held every year in Barcelona, Spain, the Sonar festival is a leviathan event which concentrates on electronic music and multimedia art. With thousands of people coming together to enjoy an impressive line-up of today’s heavily touted electronic artists — among them Little Boots, Busy P. and Crystal Castles — Sonar is the ideal place to present technological advances and contemplate future trends.

On June 18–20, 2009, Steinberg will be on-site at the SonarPro fair where you can marvel at the new features found in Cubase 5 including VariAudio, VST Expression and LoopMash, an innovative virtual instrument developed in collaboration with the Music Technology Group (MTG) of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
