Upcoming Universal Binary support for HALion products

Steinberg is pleased to announce upcoming Universal Binary updates for all Steinberg VST Instruments that use the HALion engine, specifically:

HALion 3
HALion Player (retail and OEM)
HALion Symphonic Orchestra
HALion String Edition 2
The Grand 2

These Universal Binary updates are scheduled for release in Q2/2007 and will be available as a download from our website.

We are also currently working towards a solution to providing Universal Binary updates for the other products in our current VSTi product range, and will post more information in the near future.

All future Steinberg Virtual Instrument products will be available as Universal Binary versions that are compatible with both Intel- and PowerPC-based Macintosh computers.
