Open a MySteinberg account, activate it and win!

In the past, you registered your Steinberg products via postal mail or on several different Steinberg websites hosted in various countries.

In early 2007, in order to greatly improve service to both existing and new customers, we opened the new MySteinberg central customer portal for flexible and secure handling of all product registration and customer contact details.

MySteinberg replaces all previous registration databases and is the only method of registration now in place for Steinberg products. It is also the only source of contact information for technical support, newsletters, or product update and sales information.

All new registrations are now stored on Steinberg servers in Germany, which means that German privacy regulations apply. These regulations prevent us from integrating existing registrations into MySteinberg without the explicit permission of the customer. Existing registration databases can no longer be used for customer contact or support purposes.

Therefore, if you wish to remain registered with your Steinberg products and benefit from the advantages of your registration, we would like to ask you open an account and re-register your products in MySteinberg.

Your new MySteinberg account is created in a few easy steps. Use it to

1. register your products,
2. subscribe to receive product and update information, newsletters, ...
3. and manage your personal account data.

Additional features which will provide even more value to your registered Steinberg products are currently under development.

Until March 15, 2008, we will hold a draw each month among those who have created a new MySteinberg Account, with the chance to win one of the following:

Only holders of MySteinberg accounts activated on or after Dec. 6, 2007 are eligible to participate in the draw. The prize draw ends on March 15, 2008, German time. Accounts activated after this time are not eligible for the prize draw. A subscription to the Steinberg newsletter is not necessary in order to participate in the prize draw, and all accounts activated between Dec. 6, 2007 and March 15, 2008 will be treated equally. Only one draw possible per customer, and double entries will be filtered out. The draw is not open to Steinberg employees, Steinberg partners, or their employees. Prizes are drawn on the 15th of each month, there is no cash alternative to the advertized prizes, and Steinberg's decisions are final. Depending on where you live, import taxes might apply which Steinberg cannot cover.
