Steinberg & IK hit the UK road

Steinberg and IK Multimedia are presenting a series of free master classes on music recording and production throughout the UK from September to November. Starting off in Nottingham, Newcastle and Glasgow, we will visit a couple of places requested by our facebook community:

The master classes will cover the following topics:

• Recording and arranging
• Working with VST instruments: Fat synth and huge guitar sounds courtesy of HALion Sonic and AmpliTube
• Mixing, automation and exporting to iTunes

Besides providing technical guidance, Steinberg is presenting its new mobile recording range, the CI series, together with Cubase 5.5 and HALion Sonic. IK is demonstrating the latest version of its AmpliTube guitar amp and FX modelling plug-in as well as its award-winning iPhone and iPad applications. In Newcastle and Glasgow UK guitar legend Paul Rose will also drop in for a session.

Beginners and advanced users alike are welcome to these not-to-be-missed master classes.
