Nuendo is a phenomenally powerful production environment offering handy tools for every conceivable task. Frankly, though, most users will require just some of the scores functions and tools, depending on working method and project. This is why you can hide any options that you don’t need, in all menus. You can assign these key commands freely and export the entire set if you wish to use your personalized key commands on other Nuendo systems. This lets you do things like use the keys in the numeric keypad as marker shortcuts or for shuttle functions.
Macros are combinations of multiple functions or commands that are executed successively. In Nuendo, you can create macros as you see fit and trigger them via any desired key command.
Users presets feature prominently in Nuendo; you’ll find them in every vital area of the application where the serve to define plug-in settings, general presets, physical audio hardware connections, and so forth. Presets are stored in a special folder and are readily copied to another system so you can take your personalized settings with you wherever you go.
