Steinberg SKI Remote for Cubase iC Pro and Cubase iC 1.2.0

This remote control extension for Cubase 6.5/7, Cubase Artist 6.5/7 and Cubase Elements/AI/LE 6 is needed to run Cubase iC Pro or Cubase iC 1.2.0, the Cubase Wireless Remote Control apps, for Apple iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

The SKI Remote extension needs to be installed before using Cubase iC Pro/Cubase iC 1.2.0!
In case an older SKI version has been installed on the system, please make sure to remove that version beforehand.

After installing the SKI Remote extension, follow these steps:

  • Launch your Cubase version
  • Go to the Devices menu and select "Device Setup…". This will bring up the Device Setup window.
  • In the Device Setup window, click on "+" to add a new device. 
  • Select “Steinberg SKI Remote” from the pop-up list. This will add the Steinberg SKI Remote device to your Remote Devices and allow Cubase iC Pro/Cubase iC to communicate with Cubase.

Apple Bonjour has to be installed and active in order to be able to select the Steinberg SKI Remote in Cubase! Bonjour is installed with the current Apple iTunes version.

Steinberg SKI Remote for Cubase iC 1.0

This remote control extension for Cubase 5/6, Cubase Artist 6 and Cubase Studio 5 is needed to run Cubase iC 1.0. for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch on older operating systems.

The SKI Remote extension needs to be installed before using Cubase iC!

After installing the SKI Remote extension, follow these steps:

  • Launch your Cubase version
  • Go to the Devices menu and select "Device Setup…". This will bring up the Device Setup window.
  • In the Device Setup window, click on "+" to add a new device.
