Padshop 1.1 Update

This patch updates an installed Padshop to the current version Padshop 1.1 release 2.
The only difference to the older 1.1 update is that "Release 2" includes a newer eLicenser Control (eLC). This update is only needed if errors occur during the installation on Windows 8 and Mac OS X 10.8 and no current eLC had been installed before.
