Creative Tools Support
Dear owners of Steinberg creative tools products,
we wish to inform you that product support for the legacy creative tools product line will end on January 31, 2007. These products are:
- Clean! / Clean! Plus
- Cubasis VST
- Get It On CD
- My MP3 / My MP3 pro
- WaveLab Lite
The end of support for these products means that there will be no further patches or maintenance updates issued. Technical support on an individual basis via email or telephone will also no longer be possible after this date. While it will also no longer be possible to receive CDs/DVDs or manuals for these products from Steinberg, our FAQs articles (see below) will provide installation codes and available updates in case an owner wishes to reinstall a product. The Steinberg Knowledge Base FAQs will remain available for the time being.
