Answer: Yes, by zooming in, you can cut at sample accurate positions. 
 
Question: I installed Get it on CD 3.xx on Windows XP. When I start the program, I am getting the information to insert the original disc, which is already in the disc drive.
Answer: Please uninstall Get it on CD completly and use the Windows NT/2000 installation code for the reinstallation, but we can not guarantee the functionallity of Get it on CD 3.xx on Windows NT/2000, because it has not been tested on this operating system.
