From July 1st, Yamaha Music Europe (YME) takes over the first-level customer support for Steinberg’s Nuendo product family in Europe.
European Nuendo customer support phone and email requests which have been handled by the Steinberg support team so far, will now be handled by YME.
Please note that the product/eLicenser registration still has to be made in MySteinberg! Only with a valid registration, you are eligible for customer support by Yamaha Music Europe.
Update patches and manuals for Nuendo products can also still be downloaded from Steinberg's download section. Our Knowledge Base provides detailed answers to frequently asked questions. Many issues can also be solved with the help of other users in our forums.
