If you have a customer who is having a technical problem and needs assistance, please have them submit the Steinberg Support Request Form from their MySteinberg account.
For questions involving RMA’s, inventory, floor stock, or pricing, please contact your Steinberg Sales Manager.
If you are not certain who your Sales Manager is, feel free to send us an email and we will introduce you.
