Contacting Cubase support...?

Contacting Cubase support...?

Hi, there!

Sorry if I bother you with this topic.

I'm just really curious about one thing regarding Steinberg support.
If there's anyone who can answer me I would really appreciate it.

The thing is regarding the dongle. I read their statement that says in case dongle gets broken, stolen or just stop working ( failure ) you need to buy a new one ( which is fair enough ) and then contact them so they could replace your licence....

Since I live in Europe ( country Serbia ), how am I gonna contact them IF something like this happens? ( which I pray to God it won't ) :)

It says: For your country, support is available through the following Steinberg distributor....
Well, there's two of them in a city 150km away from me. That is not a problem. The main problem is that I dont think they're "good" support since they don't even sell Cubase
The question is : Do I need to contact THEM first if something happens, so they could contact Steinberg support? Or there's another way?
How the hell this works? :)

Thanks!

Cili.
