If $$$ is your issue, one approach would be to just wait
awhile longer for the demo/trial version of Cubase Seven.

Money is not the issue as I am a professional engineer with many clients, some of which are demanding a chord track and new vari audio features to enhance their harmony performances, as well as beat detective tools, which I believe steinberg has improved since SX3 (which I am on now).
