Why is there no email to support ???

Hi , I need to contact steinberg support via email, I have done this in the past but now the site wants me to contact the distributor in Australia and only gives me their website which is useless as it is the Yamaha site, could someone please tell me how I can connect with the real steinberg techs.

I have to agree< there is so much wrong with Cubase 7 and no one you can contact. I think they have a hide to put out a new program with so many floors its unbelievable. We upgrade because we believe that we're getting something better.. My VST drums are all over the place. If I want to edit a drum midi scene it just keeps scrolling to the next part of the song even thought I've opened the bit I want, didnt do it in cubase 6, why 7? Cant do anything on the fly.

Let me tell you; you're not going to get any further even after you get through on the email form (it's in the MySteinberg section - down on the left).
I've had a query in for over 4 days and absolutely no response. These forums are just customers like you milling around trying to get answers, and no one is obliged to help despite the steinberg banner.

I'm searching the web now to find an email address for Andreas Stelling who is the MD, to try and register my disgust with the appalling quality of v7 and also the abysmal overload their support techs must be experiencing.

They appear to believe that it's OK to release software way too early, and to use their once loyal customer base as cheap testers. This is real life not a beta program - I paid for the software and can't use it and can't get any support, and can't work on my recording project because the sofware will not run without locking my machine.

My 2 cent's; it's not OK and I'm downloading evals from the competition right now and will switch as soon as I can.
