Trying to register my software

I purchased a lexicon recorder which on the box said came with cubase4le
It actually has cubase 5le. When I go to enter my e- license and choose a model there isn't one for
LE 5. So I went back to LE 4 and it has lexicon as an option but doesn't recognize
The e- license number!?!
Does anyone have any input since tech support hasn't got back to me and
I don't want the registration to halt my massive projects!!
