New to this forum - need help

Postby jdenmo » Wed Mar 06, 2013 4:01 am

hey, im new to this forum and i have several issues with my sequel LE program that i got with the CI1 audio interface. it wouldn't let me create a forum there, and this forum allowed me to make one so i posted this here for help. im wondering how i can gain access to creating topics on the other forums so i can get assistance with the problems im having.

also, here is my problem:

for whatever reason, after installing everything and launcing sequel LE, none of the audio in the program works. like, my computer's volume doesnt work when i try to play a song in media player, and in the program itself, when i press "play" and open up sounds from the massive library, i.e drum loops, i hear nothing. i plugged headphones into my computer and still nothing. i should also add that, my interface only uses 2 of the main outlets on the back; the usb cable that connects to my computer, and the input cord from my guitar. I have no speakers and my mp3 headphones will not properly go into the 'phone' input like i thought it would as it is a different size.

also, i am very confused as to how i should actually record my guitar. i press the 'o' record button and then start strumming and i hear nothing and see nothing on the tracks, despite opening various 'new tracks' and having my guitar properly plugged in.

I appreciate all help!

thankyou
just give'r
