Product Registration stumbling block

Hi,

I've just bought a Zoom H4n and it came with Cubase LE 6.

When I got to the website to register, it ask for "USB-eLicenser/Steinberg Key number or your Soft-eLicenser number".

But there is no indication how to get hold of either of this numbers. Where is the eLicenser Control Center (eLCC)?
