Controlling transport (rec, play etc.) using external hardw?

Hi!

Is it possible to control the iPad Cubasis transport (rec, play etc.) from some kind of external hardware?
For example midi keyboard (assignable midi keys), or something like Steinberg's playback controllers or Countor ShuttleXpress?

as far as I know that is not possible at the moment. But it is a feature request that is on our list.
