Will there be Cubasis For Android?

Hi,
We have investigated the possibilities of porting Cubasis to Android and identified some essential problems (such as high latency) that makes it impossible to introduce a true real-time audio engine to Android.
We will be monitoring the operating system for improvements until we identify that the problems have been cleared.

Hi there, regarding the real time audio engine for Android, I heard that improvements have been made to Android 4.1 and 4.2 JellyBean. The initial tests have shown the latency to be even lower than iOS standards! -or so I've heard.

You heard incorrectly. Everything I've read is in the 50ms to 80ms range.
