Now about one showing recording multiple inputs into Cubasis simultaneously. While driving them from Cubasis MIDI. Should be theoretically possible. If the iPad CPU and RAM can keep up.

yes, this is true. But always good to do a quick check to make sure the appropriate tracks are armed.
