Unable to Change Volume Midi Keyboard

Hi,
When using the Cubasis keyboard to control Wavemapper, I have no control over the volume while playing. The sound is super hot and the channel volume slider has no effect on the input sound. Playing straight into Cubasis from Wavemapper, however, the volume is normal. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello,

this behavior is, as I understand your explnation, expected. The channel fader of a MIDI-channel only has an effect when an internal instrument is loaded. You have to set the volume of external apps within that application.

i'm pretty sure its already on your list but yes,it would be VERY helpful if this fader could send a"CC7"message to the apps
