Is there a way to save mp3 files with ISRC codes embedded?

No, it's not possible. Next WaveLab version will be able to.

This is great news, Wavelab and most mastering DAW in general are behind the times on embedding metadata. I hope we can get a new version of WL in the first part of 2013!
