save as fxp files

I want to save a programme I've created in HALion 3 as an FXP file. Im using cubase 6.5 but all I seem to be able to do is save is as a VST preset. I know I used to be able to save as a fxp file but the option just doesnt seem to be there. can anyone help me on this ?

I shall answer my own question!
Saving FXP and FXB files is possible;e in the feee standing version in Applications
