Re-downloading software?

I can see a lot of information on the website about pretty much anything, but I can't find a word to tell me where I can actually re-download software from. I have a USB eLicenser and I need to re-download some software, for which I already have a licence for (on my USB eLicenser). I don't think I need to reactivate anything, as I still have my USB eLicenser. How do I do this?

Also, since Steinberg employs strong DRM techniques, why can't all downloads just be public on the site? Presumably, no-one can use them without a licence, right? Or why can't they be available for download on my profile as you know I have already purchased them?

After the initial purchase at our online shop, you can re-download the software for 90 day from there.
If you need to download it again at a later point and you haven't created a backup copy, you can contact support for a download link.
