Re: Tips Tricks And Workflow Goodness.

Macro
I've created a macro to see the entire project at once.

Whole Project:
Zoom - Zoom Full
Zoom - Zoom Track Full

It's my most used macro. Better yet if you assign two KC for Undo Zoom and Redo Zoom. (this way you can use the macro to see your entire project at once and one KC to go back to the previous position.

Re: C7.5 - Combining Lanes and Track Versions when comping!

Create Lanes from Versions!

1 - use versions as takes (like protools)( vrs 1 = take 1; vrs 2 = take 2)
2 - if you want to comp, use: Project/TrackVersions/Create Lanes From Versions.
3 -The App will create a new version with all takes, and you can comp like before.

The advantage, as I see, is that you will keep the takes in a more organized way.
Just another approach.

Re: Love track Versions

not correct... ;-) for > DeEssing (!) you can use the " Volume Envelope Events " in Cubase - a great solution to adjust "sss" in a vocal track...

Hi Centralmusic,

When I want to cut the sss manually, I prefer to open the event in the Sample Editor, select the sss and just use a macro I've created to decrease the gain in 3 dbs.
It's a very fast way and you can even adjust an automatic pre and post croustade to turn the applied reduction a little more smooth.
Anyway, just different approaches.
