Re: The Roland Aira TR-08 - The Evolution Of The Classic TR-

Time out guys. Please do not turn my informational thread into some sort of personal battle. I posted this thinking someone else may be interested in some new audio news, nothing more. To be honest, this new 808 can be totally awesome, or a total failure, we will have to wait and see. Therefore being negative about a new product with out real information I think is very unproductive. I will be at NAMM, and I will make my own evaluation then.

"And this is different from the gazillions of sampled/synthesized 808's exactly how?" - papi61, simple, we do not know yet. Thus your argument is moot.

Re: Upgrade to PADSHOP PRO

Open up the eLicenser Control Center and enter the code there. That will update you dongle with the new license.

Re: Is anybody here from the good old days? (yrs2000-2005)

I think I joined about 2003. Can't remember my old handle though. I must admit, this forum used to get pretty spicy back then. :ugeek:

Oscilloscope

I have been using hardware synths lately and curiosity may be getting the better of me. I would like to see the waveforms as I tweak the knobs of my synth so I can gain a better understanding of what they do in a visual format. In short does anyone know of a good oscilloscope I could use in cubase, or even stand alone.

Thanks in Advance,
Mr. Beer

Re: Oscilloscope

Paul,

As far as I know, Cubase only has a mulitscope.

Re: Will my HalionSonic SE problem follow me from C7 to C8?

Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. -----------

That might be an indicator of disk corruption. I would run CHKDSK /R C:

Re: Daft question about C drive recovery

Most disaster recovery software has the ability to create a boot disk.
