So I’ve been using Cubase 6.5 for a while on a computer I built which is more than capable…16gb ram, all SSD drives and an i7
Just recently play back in Cubase has become crazy choppy like I can’t hear anything properly…and I’m working on something much less complicated than I usually do.
No MIDI, just audio and a few plug in FX its a new project with hardly anything in it, computer contains nothing but DAW stuff and has never connected to the internet so I don’t understand what could have changed to cause this? 
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
