I just noticed that the usb connection into my UR22 is really loose and if moved even slightly the unit disconnects and I lose sound for a second. Is this just the way that the cable is made ? Does anyone else have a loose cable connection or does the cable fit tight when connected to the unit?

I have recently got a ur44, and similarly the cable is loose at the back of the unit where the USB cable connects. It is not acceptable with something costing over £200! I have been given an option to have it replaced but I am not convinced the next one will be any better, as in my opinion it is a manufacturing issue. Also the unit was supplied with a Euro plug not a UK mains plug. Oh dear!!
Has anybody else had the same problems?
