I just purchased the UR44.
I ran the CD and installed the software.
I’m trying to finish the setup, but can’t get past the setup on page 6.
I’m in the eLicenser Control Center.
I click on the “Enter Activation Code” and I enter the 32 digit code.
I get a message on the bottom of the box that reads “Currently, there is no eLicenser connected to your computer which you can download your license to.”
I’ve done this several times and get the same result.
Any advice or direction is much appreciated.
