Bug: if the Arrange is set to fill the entire Nuendo 5.2.2 32-bit window, instantiating a MIDI Insert causes the page to cease being full window. This happens with all MIDI inserts.
If you enable “Always on top” after the initial instantiation, this ceases to occur for that particular plugin.
