New to Cubase, I was trying to open a 3rd party plugin and got this message.

An exception occurred. Save your work and restart the application. The exception was thrown because of the plug-in:

Geist

Tried this a couple times, the second time Cubase crashed. I’m sure there is a simple explanation but having just started I’d love some guidance here.

Well, OS, 32bit 64bit? version of Cubase? what plugin? 32bit 64bit? etc

Is your Geist latest version?
Make sure you are up to date & if problem persists I would contact FXpansion support.
