Well, then don´t follow the instructions that concern the Cubase 6.5 installation. I mean since you seem to be able to run them both, they nseem to be two different applications like on a PC - so delete the one application folder you don´t need, and keep the other you do need - obviously that seems to be the only way on a Mac anyway…
