It sounds like a connection pulse/ keep alive signal, not necessariy a clock signal. I have the same with my old Midisport 8x8 MIDI interface, but it might as well be the DM3200 control surface/ remote layer. Nothing to worry about, though it would be nice to have these filtered out - I never got round to attempting that myself…
