Project setup>Volume Max difference

Postby KSD » Thu May 08, 2014 2:45 pm

Hello group

I'm remixing a project with the fader Volume Max at +6dB (in Project Setup).
A track with volume automation is at +6dB (see picture 1).

When I change the Volume Max in Project Setup to +12dB my volume automation goes from +6dB to +12dB, instead of staying at +6dB (see picture 2).

Is this normal behaviour?

Can anyone confirm?

Regards.

I've had the same thing happen, rather frustrating to have all the existing automation jump like that. John

Thanks for your reply John.

Yes, very frustrating, and it only happens with automated tracks, tracks without automation stay at the same level if I switch from +6dB to +12dB.
