Was a bit concerned about elicencer issues after reading some posts on here so I followed a tip posted, updated the elicencer and cleaned it up before installing update which went very smoothly, just copied in the new serial number that came in the email and all is well. Think issues with dongle and keys etc are for support really as its a hybrid hardware/software dongle solution
