Aloha guys,

This tech seems to work well for me.

Just wondering how far Steiny/Yamy can take it.

I don't know why, but ASIO Guard disabled gives me about 10 - 15% improvement in the ASIO meter. Maybe it's a PC 'thing'?

Yes, it would be nice if it was developed/improved further :).

Mauri.

Do Windows users need ASIO Guard? I've never had a problem with performance on any of my machines. I thought that it primarily aimed at Mac users, to try to get performance to match the alleged superior performance of Logic, and that comes with its own set of issues. ;)

Hi

Didn't mentioned nor changed anything in regard of ASIO Guard.

If it comes to performance issues, a proper set-up of the audio interface or to buy a product with an up-to-date driver shall eliminate this subject. ;)

Cheers
