Should I log a support request via Twitter

Should I log a support request via Twitter because is seems that Steinberg doesn’t respond to forums, and I can’t log one via your website, And our local distributor doesn’t even have 7.5 installed…

Did you open a trouble ticket/service request with Steinberg?
Every single time so far when I have, someone from Steinberg calls me!

I think what he’s saying is that in South Africa they are supposed to go to the distributor for support, but that distributor is just a store.
