really bad. i posted on here a week ago and understand, this being a user forum, that I haven't had any replies.
So thought i would contact SB direct but they just havn't bothered to reply - pretty poor show - it seems like they are not too bothered with supporting customers whose products are not working properly. Such a shame because I've been using Sequel since it was first released and it is a great product.
In contrast I have a Akai Miniak - brilliant synth - and the support is second to none - same day responses, sometimes within an hour and always a comprehensive reply that deals directly with the issue - not bla bla try the magic bullet bla bla bla.
I have decided to start looking at other software DAW's because the Steinberg/Yamaha support is so awful. Such a shame.
