Hello Sonicstate,

Please try the following: First close all programs and uninstall the Sequel 3 Trial (Start>Control Panel>Programs and Features>Uninstall a Program>Steinberg Sequel 3). Next, download and install the file from the link below:

(Windows)
http://support.steinberg.de/eLC/eLC_Ins ... Helper.exe

*Running the eLC Helper will delete an existing Soft-eLicenser and any contained licenses it holds.

Next time you start the eLicenser Control Center the newly created Soft-eLicenser should be displayed.

Once you have a new SeL, please reinstall the Sequel 3 Trial.

Joel, thank you.
I followed your steps, and was able to install now.
But, when I try to activate it, elcc crashes at downloading license.
I do the following. Run elcc, click perform maintenance tasks, select SeL, click enter activation code, paste in code that I got by email, click continue, click download license - at this points it starts to download license, and after few seconds elcc crashes with notice "eLicenser Control Center has stopped working" - close program.

What to do now? Thnx?

Hello

Please make sure you have updated to the latest version of the eLicense Control Center for Windows:

http://download.elicenser.net/downloads ... lSetup.exe

Once you have updated to the latest version of the eLCC, If your issue still persists in the same way please provide the 32 character activation code that begins with 0240 for your Sequel 3 Trial.
