First thing first!
You need to first update your hardware to a new firmware and download drivers.

DOWNLAOD ALL and READ and follow all the instructions and the manual; “how upgrade” and “how to install” the hardware’s and software’s. Take your time! 
If you done everything right, Cubase and the hardware will automatically get connected and work as soon as you launch Cubase.
A tips, activate the “LED light” and the AI will shine in the dark. That activation you will find in one of the Cubase menus.
