Hi, I have an SPL track one which I use for tracking, I would like to also use it as an external fx with Cubase 7.5.30 but just cannot get it to work, I have set it up as an external fx within Cubase and can see it in the insert dropdown menu but I am very confused with the in out stuff…I have a Yamaha N8 and have tried (i think) every possible variation of in out and can never get a signal into the SPL 
I use the SPL for some mild compression whilst tracking and would like to use it to further compress after tracking…maybe this isn’t possible 
can any of the clever producers on this forum help please
