Here's some total weirdness. Don't worry about the crackles you hear. It's not your monitors. It's a dusty vinyl effect that's part of the drum loop. And if you hear something that sounds like a speaker buzzing, it's part of that effect in the OHs. Clean your damned stylus. This reminds me of what vinyl always sounded like. and it's almost 2014. I remember when I was little they were telling us that by the year 2000 we'd have flying cars. I always wanted a flying car, but as we got closer and closer to 2000 it looked like it would never happen.
It never did. But I just pictured myself in one of those things cruising along the airways....
