I think I have the solution… Set the performers BUFFER SIZE down to 128
Background
I had exact same problem:
- Connected with Wires
- 5Mbps Internet
- Audio from performer was lagging
We tried all the settings above:
- Audio Boost ON
- ASIO Guard OFF
- Auto adjust for Record Latency
- Remote delay seconds to 3
Still lagged 
Tried adjusting the PERFORMERS BUFFER SIZE up to 4096
It got worse
Set Remote delay seconds back to 1 and BUFFER SIZE down to 128
It Works Perfectly!!!
