Steinberg is elated to release Retrologue and Padshop Pro, two synths that open the door to new levels of sound design. Both synths feature full VST and AU support and are ready to be used within your favorite DAW.

Introduced in the latest versions of Cubase and Cubase Artist, Retrologue has proven itself an exceptional virtual analog synth that spices up your production with first-class analog purity. Highlights of Retrologue include two cutting multi-oscillators, an earth-shattering sub- and noise-oscillator, twelve quality filter types and a high-class FX section.

Padshop Pro is the next step in the evolution of Steinberg’s acclaimed granular synthesizer Padshop and offers exciting new features for experimental sound design. The pro version comes with a drag and drop sample import function, a 3-band parametric EQ, a high-quality algorithmic reverb and 50 new presets.

Plus, the new Zero Gravity expansion pack for Padshop and Padshop Pro gives you 250 additional presets and an additional SoftGrain Wave ROM with 150 new samples. With sound sources ranging from synthetic and drones to natural FX and voices, there are more than enough samples to get even deeper into the world of grains. The Padshop Pro full version and the Padshop Pro upgrade bundle already include this valuable extension, whereas the Padshop Pro basic upgrade delivers the core functions of the pro version at a more affordable price.

Padshop Pro, Zero Gravity and Retrologue are now available for download from the Steinberg online shop.
