I would recommend to reset your settings.

Erase this file:
C:\Users[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\WaveLab 7\Preferences\General.dat
If not enough, this folder:
C:\Users[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\WaveLab 7\Preferences
If not enough, this folder:
C:\Users\Philippe\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\WaveLab 7
