Hmm - I tried contacting them by email - hopelessly inefficient at replying. When they did finally reply, the email told me to fill out the form, send back by post along with the original Grand v1 discs to obtain a “preparation code”.
2 problems:
- They didn’t say WHERE to return it to - i.e. no address!
- A weblink to the list of distributors came up with a 404 error.
I’m still waiting for an address to send these to, so if anybody could advise, that would be most helpful.
