I’m trying to create a MIDi track, using HALion Sonic SE, but can’t load it into the ‘instrument rack’ - I do appear to have HALion Sonic SE though somewhere, available in plug-ins. Any suggestions ? 
According to the Steinberg Cubase User Manual Cubase Le editions doesn’t has this feature of managing VST instruments.
That’s sad, i’m trying to find alternatives to proceed with Cubase LE 7
You see, apparently we’ve got to buy Cubase Elements to use this feature, not cool at all…
