I purchased Elements 9 and downloaded to my laptop. Well the laptop didn’t run 9 very smooth so I uninstalled completley and tried to reinstall/ reactivate on my more powerful desktop. No go. I’ve registered my soft e license several times, up dated e licenser, uninstalled and reinstalled. Every time I try to reactivate it tells me there are no licenses to reactivate. How is this possible? Can someone please tell me what Im missing. I dont have a usb dongle.
