Why is Dorico making these note spacing decisions where notes are on top of each other? There is enough space to avoid this.
The fact that the Note Spacing percentage is 109.6% indicates that, as far as Dorico is concerned, there isn’t sufficient space to fix the problem automatically.
It might be worth looking at your Engraving Options > Accidentals settings - you could experiment with reducing the space around accidentals.
Thanks, Leo. I decreased the Note spacing for small notes a little, after which everything spaced out nicely.
