The known issues document said the were problems with unwanted lines being printed in 7.0, and this was stated to have been fixed in 7.0.1.
I never installed 7.0. Did that version print wrongly? (to pdf, and to physical printer)

I am remembering back to old discussions, about the lack of printing at all in Cubase 6.x Mac in 64-bit mode, and I think it was something to do with the Mac's use of the Carbon dsk (which didn't work in 64-bit). I am guessing that Cubase 7 is now totally Carbon-free, but that there is some reason why the replacement "Cocoa" dsk doesn't handle Cubase's printing very well.
I'd be very interested to see how the latest versions of Logic/Sibelius etc. handle this on Mac .
